Full-time English Conversation Teacher at one of AEON’s 250+ branch schools all throughout Japan. AEON schools provide lessons for both children and adult students.
We are accepting applications for positions starting from now through April 2025.
For those living in Japan with a valid work visa, we have start dates as early as late November, 2024.
Applicants from outside of Japan do not need a visa to apply (if successful, AEON will sponsor the visa).
Applicants who are currently living in Japan must have a valid visa for Japan that allows them to work (no Temporary Visitor visas).
All positions are full-time (40 hours per week). The typical workweek at AEON is Tuesday through Saturday.
AEON Benefits
- 275,000 Japanese yen/month
- One week or more of PAID training
- 3 one-week paid vacation periods, national holidays off, and 5 personal days per year
- Knowledge of branch school location prior to signing contract

- BONUS provided upon completion of final contract
- Single occupancy apartment furnished to Japanese standards. Rent capped at a maximum of 55,000 yen/month

Requirements:
English – Native Level
Accredited university degree
For those in Japan: Valid work or student visa, e.g. Specialist in Humanities, Instructor, WHV, Student, Spousal, etc.
AEON will sponsor all visas
