Iware Co., Ltd (株式会社 アイウエア) is looking for experienced, skilled, and certified English teachers who can teach English and Mathematics to join our team for the 2025-26 school year.

The teacher will be assigned to a private junior and senior high school which has a strong focus on international education, located in Minato-ku, Tokyo.

The private school requires top-notch English teachers with relative experience, skills, certification, and a good personality. The teacher's ability will not solely be judged by what is on the resume; other evaluated criteria are teaching methods, student motivation techniques, creating an environment conducive to student learning (teacher's personality, class layout, etc.), and so on.

[Subjects] English and Mathematics *The main teaching is English, but you'll teach some CLIL Math and TOEFL classes after school.

[Number of students per class] 5~20 students/class
[Number of classes] Up to 20 classes/ week
[Requested schedule by client] 5 days /week(Mon~Fri)
[Contract type] Dispatch contract *Including social security
[Salary] 280,000～300,000 JPY (before tax) /per month+ transportation fee
*It would be the same amount even in summer and winter vacation

[Requirements]
1) Much experience in teaching JHS ＆ SHS students in Japan
2) Applicants need to be already in Japan and are able to relocate to the Kanto area
3) Ability to teach mathematics for JHS & SHS level
[Preferable]
1) Teaching license in foreign countries
2) Teaching experience of more than 10 years in Japan
3) Flexibility and good communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.
4) High-level Japanese proficiency
