Description

[Responsibilities]
- Work closely with operation team to set up and build solid foundation for our first flagship restaurant in Japan Tokyo delivering Michelin standard Chinese fine dining experience to our guests
- Assist to prepare and implement sales and marketing strategy placing the restaurant in a competitive edge in advance of competitors
- Responsible for P&L of restaurant operations including inventory management
- Recruit, lead, develop and motivate top performing team to achieve customer service excellence & exceptional hospitality
- Identify, select, and review competent employees. Draw and review job description, delegate duties, conduct performance evaluations and recommend or implement promotions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and food safety laws
- Maintain and analyse performance records of restaurant operations
- Use Guest Profiling to enhance customer experience and to gain competitive advantage
- Stay abreast with the latest hospitality, food and beverage relevant conferences and industry publications always

[Annual Salary]
- 4,500,000 yen - 6,500,000 yen
Monthly JPY375,000~JPY541,600

[Working Hours]
- 10am to 10pm, 8 hours per day, split shift

[Working Hours]
- Tokyo (Detail will be shared in interview)

- Annual Leave 14days per annual

[Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required]
- Ability to communicate fluently in Japanese and English. Spoken Mandarin or Cantonese is a must
- Extensive relevant experience in Fine Dining Chinese restaurant preferably within International Hotel or Ginza area
- Proven background in Fine Dining restaurants within leadership role where quality food and gracious hospitality are key priorities
- Professional individual who is accountable, passionate, and motivated by leading a team of hospitality professional
- Experience in Guest Profiling and recognition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a hands-on approach and the ability to influence change
- Thrives under pressure, flexible, well organised and has excellent attention to detail
