We are looking for a short term junior high school ESL art teacher. This school is a private Japanese high school that wishes to enhance it's English immersion program subjects, one of which is art. This position requires team teaching with a Japanese art teacher, with the native teacher leading. If you are interested in teaching art classes, can communicate with your partner teacher, and helping the students extend their learning in 'Art x English' this will be a great opportunity. Contract period: January 1 2025 - March 31 2025
*Possible renewal from April 2025
Monthly Salary: 80,000yen - 96,000yen (before tax) + transportation
Working Schedule:
Tuesday 8:40-14:40 (4 lessons + 1meeting)
Thursday 8:40-12:40 (4 lessons)

Duties
* Lesson preparation and teaching
* Assessment
* Material development
* Attending meetings with Japanese art teacher

Qualification Requirements
* Must have a bachelor's degree or higher
* At least 2 years experience in teaching Art at Junior or/and Senior high school
* Excellent interpersonal skill
* Planning and implementing interesting and effective lessons
* Currently reside in Japan and have a proper visa
