Since we take care of small children, people who love working with kids and have experience are especially welcome!
We are based in Senri-Chuo in the Toyonaka area of Osaka and work in different kindergartens spread throughout the Kansai area.
Our teachers form a tight-knit team and have a group of bilingual Japanese staff who always offer support and assistance. Since our teachers go to different kindergartens, they are very independent but collaborate and work together as a team often.
We provide training, longer vacations (Golden Week, Winter holidays etc.), salary does not change from month to month, and we help to pay for Japanese classes.
Teachers take care of their own regular classes and students. We also have seasonal events, trips, and a lot of fun!

⭐ 【Kindergarten teacher】
- Location: Senri-Chuo, Osaka (千里中央)
--- The main office is located in Senri-Chuo, Osaka (20mins from Umeda)
--- We work in contracted kindergartens that are located around the Kansai region
🗓️ Spring 2025 start (March–April 2025)
📕 Class Types and Average Class Size:
- Morning Class: bigger classes (25~35 students) (10-30mins)
- Afternoon: smaller classes (3~10 students) (50-60mins)
<Position Details>
💼 Work conditions:
- Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
- 8 hours/day (ex: 9am to 5pm, 10am to 6pm)
- Shifts are regular, and determined by the lesson schedule
- A fixed salary is paid monthly
- Health insurance is provided
💰 An evaluation-based bonus is given after completing your contract
📅 Time Off: Two days a week, Golden Week, National Holidays, Summer Vacation, Winter Vacation, and 10 paid vacation days
🏯 Japanese language education allowance: We encourage teachers to have a better understanding of Japanese language and culture by subsidizing partial tuition fees for Japanese language school
💮 An additional monthly allowance is given to all teachers who have passed JLPT N3, N2 or N1!
