Description
This is an entry level, seishain role.
We need native level Chinese, and business level Japanese and conversational English.
Payroll Administration (80%)
- Review our employees’ expenses to ensure compliance with Japan tax standards.
- Process expenses to the Senior Payroll Specialist for invoicing and reimbursements.
- Filling of government forms for Pension and Labor Insurances for onboarding and off boarding of employees.
- Participate in seasonal trade shows.
General Affairs (20%)
- Office management (5%)
- Monthly book keeping (5%)
- Vendor Management (10%)
Personality
We are looking for someone who can receive instructions well and prioritize their work.
You should have a calm disposition but is able to chase down vendors and employees for deliverables.
Experience
You should have had some working experience and understand how office administration or accounting in Japan.
You must know how to use MS Office.
Patience is required for this role.
Our office is in Sendagaya, Shibuya-ku and the nearest stations are Kitasando and Sendagaya.
The working hours are between 9am to 6pm with an hour lunch break.
The compensation is between JPY200,000 to JPY250,000 per month.
Commutation allowance is provided.
