WHAT’S THE JOB ALL ABOUT?
----------
As an Associate, you will make phone calls and send messages. A lot of them. You will reach out to thousands of local professionals about changing their job.
Your job will be to get hung up on and ignored 99 times just so you can book 1 meeting. You will be expected to pick yourself up and dust yourself off each time. And to wake up every day excited to get shut down 99 more times.
WHY ON EARTH WOULD ANYONE WANT TO DO THAT?
----------
The thrill of the chase. The satisfaction of achieving what others couldn’t. The relationships with incredible people you’ll meet along the way. The impact you’ll make for your customers.
In this industry, recruiters who get more results also get more pay. More promotions. More freedom to work when, where, and how they want. But those results come from a lot of hard work, countless failures, and a little bit of luck. This is not a straightforward 9-5 gig.
WHO WOULD I BE WORKING WITH?
----------
We’re a tight knit team of 10. Together we pulled through the pandemic. Now we’re growing fast on a mix of teamwork and willpower.
Our Managing Directors have almost 30 years of combined experience, but our team is young. Most of us are 20-30 years old. We work hard and play hard; everyone here can take a joke.
WHAT’S REQUIRED?
----------
If you read this far, you might have the right mindset. You’ll need a few more things to make it on our team:
• Team-player attitude
• Self-directed learning skills
• Bias for action
• Fluent English
It will help if you have experience with outbound sales, fundraising, campaigning, or otherwise overcoming constant rejection. Basic knowledge of IT is a plus, as is Japanese language ability.
Hit us with your best elevator pitch and a resume. We’ll let you know if we see a fit.
