Description
A private elementary school in Setagaya Ward is looking for qualified English instructors to join their teaching team from April 2025. The school uses the GrapeSEED program so previous experience with the program is advantageous though not required; GrapeSEED training will be provided for all new teachers.
DAYS: Monday - Friday (5 days/week)
HOURS: 0830-1440*
*One day of the week (TBA) shall be scheduled for 0830-1510 to include time for a weekly teachers' meeting.
LESSONS: Maximum of five 40min. lessons/day
GRADE LEVEL: All grade levels (1st-6th grade)
DUTIES: Preparation and execution of GrapeSEED lessons; creation of supplemental materials (flashcards, etc.), student assessment, participation in teacher meetings, English interactions with students outside classes, and interactions with parents, among other responsibilities.
Ideal candidates are:

- Able to work within the guidelines & policies of the school.
