Description

Located in the lush mountains of Shizuoka City, MEK Preschool is only 20 minutes to downtown and 30 minutes to the beach. Residents can enjoy views of Mt. Fuji, Japan’s Southern Alps, endless green tea fields and vast coastline with beautiful green pine trees and white sands.

Shizuoka City boasts the largest haul of tuna in Japan, producing some of the best local sushi and seafood which you can enjoy year round. It is also home to a collection of Shinto shrines, hot springs, art museums, and the annual Daidogei Street Performance World Cup.

With access to the Shinkansen train line, traversing Japan is easy. From Shizuoka Station it is only 1 hour to Tokyo or Nagoya, 1.5 hours to Kyoto and 2 hours to Osaka. We hope that you will consider joining us in one of the most beautiful and entertaining cities in Japan.

Duration of Employment:
1 Year~ (Starting April 1, 2025)

Working Hours:
Preschool Teacher: 35 teaching hours per week

Monthly Salary:
250,000 yen~ (net salary of 200,000 yen a monther after rent)

Vacation Days:
20 vacation days per year and national holidays with pay
