Job Description: HR Full Time at LanCul (No.1 English Cafe in Japan)

▼ Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Full time to join our multicultural team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about people and eager to contribute to a fun and engaging workplace. As our HR, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our team members are supported, motivated, and aligned with LanCul's mission and values.

▼ Key Responsibilities:
・Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent from around the globe. Create and implement engaging onboarding programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated and excited about their journey with LanCul.

・Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, promoting open communication, and ensuring a supportive atmosphere. Act as a liaison between staff and management to resolve conflicts and improve workplace dynamics.

・Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure employees receive regular feedback and are recognized for their contributions. Implement professional development programs to support career growth.

・Policy Development: Design and update HR policies and procedures that reflect our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

・Culture Building: Organize team-building activities, cultural exchange events, and other initiatives to strengthen our community and promote cross-cultural understanding.

・HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data to drive decision-making and improve HR processes. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on workforce planning and development.

▼ Qualifications:

‣ Experience: Minimum of 1+ year of admin work experience or 1+ years of work experience in HR management, preferably in a multicultural or international environment.
‣ Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
‣ Language: Fluency in English is required. Japanese language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
‣ Attributes: A passion for cultural exchange and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace.
