Description

The Sales Representative plays a pivotal role within the LogiNet Sales Team, engaging with overseas clients throughout the whole sales process, and closing deals to generate revenues and meet targets.

Responsibilities:
-Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the organization
-Provide regular updates on sales performance and contribute to forecasting efforts
-Utilize customer feedback and market insights to tailor sales approaches and improve conversion rates
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, and build sales pipelines
-Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and target audiences
-Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing digital marketing initiatives
-Actively participate in sales meetings, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns

Ideal Profile:
-You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or B2C Sales role, ideally within the Automotive and Transport & -Logistics industry. OR you have performed well in customer-centric roles requiring strong communication skills
-You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
-You are a strong networker & relationship builder
-Critical thinker, you have good analytical skills, and can make decisions based on data
-You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
-Knowledge/passion about cars is a big plus
-You possess a valid international or Japanese driving license
-Conversational Japanese (or better), and fluent English are required, other languages are a big plus

FULL TIME EMPLOYEE:
-Attractive Salary & Benefits: Competitive Pay (From 270,000Yen to 600,000Yen, base salary + commissions)

From 0 to 1,000,000 yen→ Minimum Accepted Performance (MAP)
From 1,000,000 → 1⁄3 of the profit exceeded the MAP

-Hybrid Work Schedule: 3 days at the office, 2 days remote after passing trial period
-Holidays: 10 paid days plus national holidays after 6 months of employment

- Probation: 3 months. Extensible to 6 if conditions apply (by law)
- Woking Hours:
A-) Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 18:30. 1h lunch break
Sunday: off
Saturday: off
B-) Tuesday to Saturday from 9:30 to 18:30 . 1h lunch break
Sunday: off
Monday: off
NOTE: A-) and B-) will be alternated. Adjustments can be made upon consent.

-Training provided
-Work fully remote
-Compensation 100% commission based
-Work as little or as much as you want, free schedule
