International Afterschool Part-Time Teacher (expired)

We are looking for creative and innovative people to join our team of passionate teachers at KOA!

KOA is an International Afterschool and Discovery School. We specialize in dynamic project-based lessons. Every month, we explore a new country, immersing ourselves in the culture through these avenues and inspiring kids with fun and engaging activities. Our projects cover many categories: Creative, Cooking, Engineering, Science, Cultural Expression and Sports. We provide a safe and encouraging environment for natural language acquisition, allowing children to develop English communication skills at their own pace through experiences.

- A genuine interest in teaching about cultural diversity

NECESSARY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Fluent English level
- Experience and interest in teaching children elementary-aged or younger

BENEFITS:

¥1,200 to ¥1,500/hr depending on experience and skills; hourly rate could increase based on performance.

WORKING HOURS:

Monday to Friday 10:30-19:30; Saturdays 8:30-11:00 or 12:30-16:30
*Hours and days are flexible according to your schedule
*Shift will be up to 29 hours/week
