Job Title: Special Education Teacher (Fluent in Japanese)

We are looking for a passionate Special Education Teacher who is fluent in Japanese. Prior experience in education is not required, but a bachelor’s degree, majored in Education, Psychology, or Sociology is mandatory.

Requirements:

Basic conversational skills in Japanese.
A love for working with children.
If you hold a driver’s license and can drive in Japan, please mention it in your application.
We offer two types of positions:

Part-time: Hourly wage between ¥1,300-1,500. Requires availability for at least 2 days per week. only afternoon work is acceptable.

Full-time: Requires availability for at least 4 days per week, with a salary within the same range. Visa sponsorship is available for full-time roles.

Salary is dependent on your experience in early childhood education and whether you can drive. We are a fast-growing company offering full on-the-job training, so even if you have no experience, you are welcome to apply!
