Our school is a small preschool located in Kamakura, Japan. Our students are between 50 and 55 during preschool hours, and we have 100 afternoon students. Our curriculum is designed for mainly Japanese students who wish to grow up as bilingual. We go about the serious business of learning English from the beginning by having fun and using our five senses. Using various activities and games that draw out and cultivate children's innate abilities, our students learn to do many things that many adult students would never dare to do.
We are looking for teachers who understand and have implemented that policy, are stable and very calm, and are good at caring for children.
The working conditions of a full-time job are shown below
・We have 230 days teaching days a year so that we can have long summer/winter vacations.
・As a preschool teacher, we have 9:00~15:00 teaching hours daily from Mon. to Fri.
・We are Hoikuen, so teachers must discipline and enjoy spending time with children and supporting their parents, not only teaching English.・
・We have a lot of events throughout the year, so teachers need to create and prepare for those but also can enjoy involving those events.
・We have meetings 8:00~8:45 two days a week.
・We also have after school to teach 15:20~16:20/16:30~18:00/ 18:30 ~20:00 as an option
with extra pay.
We look forward to hearing from someone who wants to join us.
Thank you.
