◆Your Role at WinBe: What to Expect!
Join WinBe, a thriving English conversation school with locations across Japan, and help us elevate English education to new heights! We’re all about delivering fun, engaging, and culturally rich lessons that make learning English an exciting journey.
As a WinBe instructor, you’ll be the star of the show, bringing energy and creativity to classes for kids aged 3-14. Our solid curriculum provides a strong foundation, but we encourage you to add your unique flair to make each lesson truly memorable. You’ll collaborate with Japanese staff, head office, and fellow teachers to tailor lessons to each student’s needs.
Expect to work 8 hours a day, with a 45-minute break, 5 days a week—usually Tuesday to Saturday. Shifts generally run from 13:00-21:00 on weekdays and 10:00-18:00 on weekends, though times may vary by location.
At WinBe, we believe that when both students and instructors are having a great time, the best learning happens.
◆Ready to Join Our Team? Here’s What We’re Looking For!
We’re on the hunt for enthusiastic new teachers who are native English speakers, hold at least a 2-year Associate’s Degree or have a valid working visa, and are independent, creative, and ready to think on your feet. We want team players who are passionate and energetic about teaching kids, with a strong sense of professionalism and self-motivation. Prior experience with children is a plus, but what really matters is your excitement and creativity.
*Our curriculum emphasizes pronunciation and phonics practice. While we of course welcome English speakers from a variety of countries with varying dialects and accents, we ask that you can effectively teach and express these concepts in a phonetically natural English environment. Only applicants that can meet the highest standards of fluency will be considered.
