英語で預かる学童保育「Kids Duo」のスタッフ募集です！

「Kids Duo」について
未就学児から小学生6年生までの子どもを対象とした学童保育で、英語漬けの環境で
子どもたちをお預かりする、新しい学童保育です。
英語を使ったプログラムを通して、英語力や社会性、コミュニケーション能力を身に付け、
真の国際感覚を持った人間育成を目指しています。

外国人の先生と子どもたちの橋渡しとなる「バイリンガルスタッフ」を募集しています。

＜具体的な仕事内容＞
・英語を使ったプログラムの実施 など工作、ダンス、演劇など日替わりでプログラムを行っています
・プログラムの準備、備品の買い出しなど、ある程度決まっていますが、自由度の高いプログラムの企画も可能です。
・送迎時の乗車サポートや添乗
・イベントの企画　季節ごとのイベント
・その他　子どもたちが安全かつ楽しく過ごすための環境作り電話対応や事務作業など

■What We Offer

We are hiring teachers for "Kids Duo", an after-school daycare service in English!

About Kids Duo:
A new after-school daycare that takes care of children from preschool to 6th grade in an environment immersed in English.
Through programs using English, students will acquire English proficiency, social skills, and communication skills.
We aim to develop individuals with a true international sensibility.

We are looking for a bilingual staff to act as a bridge between foreign teachers and the children.


・Lead various programs using English such as crafts, dance, music, etc.
・Preparation for programs, purchasing of supplies and such are required to some extent, but it is possible to plan a program with a high degree of freedom.
・Support bus services as an attendant when picking-up and dropping-off kids to their designated bus stops.
・Planning, preparing, and conducting seasonal events
・Other: creating an environment where children can have a safe and enjoyable time, answering phones, basic office work, etc.

■Job Requirement:
◎High school graduate or above
◎English Level: Fluent
◎Japanese Level: Conversational
◎Those with no experience in the industry or occupation are welcome.

■Working hours:
- Working time: 8 hours per day with 1 hour lunch break
- Average number of working days: 20 to 21 days per month
- Usually a 10:00-19:00 or 11:00-20:00 shift
(8 hours of actual working hours per day)
◎There is almost no overtime work!

■Work type: Run by shifts
Holidays: Two-day per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)
*There is a possibility that you will have to work on a Saturday or Sunday due to school events. In this case, you will be given compensatory time off on a weekday.

[Annual Holidays] 120 days
[Paid Vacation] 10 days (given after 6 months of employment)
