Job Description:
Position: Operations (from Junior to Senior)
Employment Type: Full Time/Part-Time
Sector: INBOUND Tourism
Requirements:
Experience in the sector or in a similar role is preferred
Ability to read, write, and speak Japanese and English business level
Specific Tasks:
Tasks vary based on the level of experience and include, but are not limited to:
Junior Level:
Assisting in the planning and organization of itineraries for individual travelers and groups
Coordinating with local suppliers to ensure quality service
Supporting in managing bookings and customer requests
Monitoring and updating travel details in real-time
Intermediate Level:
Supervising travel operations and handling emergencies
Communicating and negotiating with suppliers and partners to obtain the best conditions
Analyzing customer feedback to improve services offered
Collaborating with the marketing team to promote new travel packages
Senior Level:
Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency
Managing complex and personalized projects for VIP clients
Training and mentoring junior staff
Analyzing operational performance and reporting to management
