■ What We Offer
• Minimum base monthly salary of ￥250,000
(Higher starting salary negotiable based on relevant experience)

■ Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• (Preferred) Hold a valid driver's license and be able to drive in Japan

■ Work Schedule
• A 5-day work week from Monday through Saturday, 9:00 - 20:00
• All shifts are 8 hours with a 1-hour lunch break
(e.g., 9:00 – 18:00, 10:00 – 19:00, 11:00 – 20:00)


■ Main Duties and Responsibilities
As an instructor, you will teach business English lessons to corporate students for our client SNBL. Lessons will be conducted both online (remotely) and in-person at the client's office located in Yoshida, Kagoshima City. You will conduct the client’s in-house English training programs that focus on Business English, including email writing, meeting facilitation, negotiation, and everyday conversational skills.

Given SNBL’s specialization in clinical research and its global business interactions, relevant experience in these fields will be an advantage. Additionally, you will design and adjust lesson materials according to the evolving needs of our client, conduct regular evaluations, and prepare reports on each student's progress.

■ Contract Period
The instructor will begin with a one-year contract and a probationary period of six months. Extensions may be offered based on performance.
