Ino-kids is an international after-school that allows children to experience a simulated study abroad environment while in Japan, helping them naturally and enjoyably acquire English skills.

Ino-kids instructors support children aged 3 to 12 in learning English through various games and activities, including English conversation, phonics, crafts, music and dance, and outdoor programs.

Instructors are expected to make their own original games, lesson ideas and infuse classes with passion with enthusiasm.

Desired Qualities:

■Ability to create curriculum and lesson plans
■Event planning skills
■Regularly evaluate students and analyze their results. Based on evaluation data and student needs, refine and differentiate classroom instruction.
■Maintain accurate records and attendance for students.
■Perform other related tasks as assigned (e.g., picking up students, cleaning the classroom, ■administrative duties).
■Preference given to those with experience teaching Eiken.

Requirements:

■Native English speaker
■Associate degree or higher, with at least 2 years of post-secondary education
■Experience with international curricula and Jolly Phonics is highly welcomed
■Independence and creativity
■Strong team player with a passion for teaching children and a creative approach
■High professionalism and self-motivation
■Ability to plan and execute lessons and classroom activities in line with the school's concept

※Ino-kids教師は3 ～ 12 歳までの生徒をレベル別に英会話、英語４技能、phonics、クラフト、音
楽とダンス、屋外プログラムなどを含む、さまざまなゲームやアクティビティをしながら、楽しく英語
を学べるようにサポートします。

※教師は独自のオリジナルのゲームやレッスンのアイデアでこれらの基礎を成長させ、拡張する
ことが期待されます。創造的な自由が十分に与えられ、指導アプローチをカスタマイズし、クラス
に情熱と熱意を注入することができます。

◆求める人材
・カリキュラム、レッスンプランなどの作成
・イベントの企画
・生徒を定期的に評価し、生徒の結果を分析します。評価データと生徒のニーズに基づいて教室
での指導を改良し、差別化します。
・生徒の正確な記録と出席を維持します。
・必要に応じて割り当てられたその他の関連業務を実行します（生徒のお迎え、教室の清掃、管
理など）
・英検指導経験のある方優遇

・少なくとも 2 年間の準学士号の取得
・インターナショナルカリキュラムとジョリーフォニックスの経験があれば尚歓迎です。
