Our roles involve both providing service and cooking dishes that bring joy and delight to both vegans and non-vegans alike. Do you have culinary skills? We'd love for you to help us enhance our menu. If you're interested in leadership, please mention it during the interview.
※We also welcome baristas who are professionals and can provide cooking support.

Plan and make vegan friendly menus as chefs and the kitchen staff in our plant-filled, minimalist open kitchen. This role offers the opportunity to become multi-skilled, engaging in barista and customer service duties as well.

**Basic Responsibilities:**
- Creating menus and product ideas
- General cooking and preparation in the open kitchen
- Ordering and inventory control
- Guaranteeing the cleanliness and safety of the food

**Additional Responsibilities:**
- Barista duties
- Customer service in the open kitchen
- Preparing item sales

**Requirements**
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen / barista / service environment
- Motivated and passionate professionals

【Conditions】
Flexible 7-day shifts . Part-timers work a minimum of 3 days weekly; full-timers, 5 days.
Full Time position for the suitable candidate after a probationary period.
【Wage】
full time : From ¥230,000~ per month (Negotiable) + Transportation
part time : From ¥1,150~ per hour (Negotiable) + Transportation
*Wage can be raised depends on your experience.




**Our Unique Features:**

We plan to offer Western-style menus while partnering with a Danish bakery for our bread, but we also want to bring in elements of Japanese culture. We use organic products from Okinawa and ingredients from a herbal garden in Kumamoto.

In addition, we plan to offer beverages such as 100% Rooibos RED ESPRESSO LATTE, extracted using an espresso machine, alongside coffee.

Furthermore, we will introduce a 7m Chevrolet Step Van P30 (1976) in conjunction with our opening, which we will utilize for mobile sales and hosting POP UP events.
