Description

Are you tired of the typical teaching roles offered by dispatch companies andEnglish schools? If so, the Japan Sports Promotional Institute (JSPI) has an exciting opportunity for you! We're seeking a motivated educator to join our team as an event organizer at our public facilities in Ibaraki prefecture.

Unlike traditional teaching positions, this role won't require you to simply read from a book. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to make your mark on our company's English programs, which was established in 2024 at our Tsukuba branch and has since expanded to Moriya City and Toride City.

As a member of our team, you'll have the chance to shape our English program at the facility and assist with other English events throughout the Kanto region.

Responsibilities for this full-time position include assisting Japanese staff in the facility's daily operation, greeting customers of all ages, customer support such as reception at the facility, facility maintenance, management work and operation helping. Promoting events organized by JSPI, and cultivating a love for the English language in children's hearts. You'll also be expected to help with English events at other facilities and organize events at the new branch
to further promote English.
To apply, you'll need teaching experience, a passion for outdoor and indoor activities, and proficiency in Japanese to communicate effectively on a daily basis. This position requires the candidate to work in 8 hours shifts between 8:00 am to 10 pm for a total of 40 hours per week (including a one-hour lunch break). Days off depend on the shift.

We offer generous benefits such as 10 days of paid holidays after a 6 month period, a fixed monthly salary, relocation assistance and visa sponsorship.
If you're ready for a new and exciting opportunity, please send us your resume and cover letter.
