Requirements

  • English: Business level (preferred)
  • Japanese: Business level (preferred)
  • Must currently reside in Japan
  • Minimum 1 year experience in exports of brand new or used vehicles, machinery, parts
  • Valid Japanese driving licence (MT & AT preferred)
  • Knowledge on Excel, Power Point, Word, Google Drive, etc
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales
  • Other languages skills are an advantage
  • Visa sponsorship available

Description

Rosper International Co., LTD (Rosper Cars) is focused in the export of brand new and used vehicles world-wide. We mainly export high end vehicles, classic, JDM's, machinery, parts, etc and have successfully expanded the sales volume.
We are currently working on an expansion strategy and looking for a multi-tasking employee.

New employees will receive full training on sales skills in order to achieve targets.

Basic salary: Based on experience and negotiable

Contract: Probation period of 3 months

Working days/hours:
From Tuesday to Saturday (including public holidays)
From 9:00am to 18:00pm

Working location:
Kanagawa Ken, Yamato Shi

Responsibilities:
1. To conduct research in the assigned market including but not limited to the following information: market requirement or demand, importation rules and regulation, list of possible clients, list of competitors and strategies on how to penetrate or to expand in the market.
2. To call prospective clients and convinces them to enter or to repeat business with the company.
3. To prepare business presentations, proposal and quotation as requested by the clients.
4. Plans and recommends marketing strategy to increase the company’s share in overseas market.
5. Maintains relationship with existing customers via telephone calls, communication apps and answering emails.
6. To act as a contact between the company and the customers in negotiating the terms of agreement, discussing the products and services covered by the company and closing the sales.
7. Responsible in assisting customers in the progress of their business transactions with the company.
8. Reviews own sales performance and aims to meet or exceed the monthly target.
9. Translation of inspection sheets (vehicle's report) for any client.
10. To bid for vehicles from the auction system.
11. To create invoices for vehicles, machinery, etc for the client.
12. To visit local dealerships, auction houses, port, etc
13. To handle administrative and other tasks given by the Company.

Additional Requirements:
1. Must be professional, articulate and business minded
2. Above average communication, presentation, negotiation and customer service skills
3. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants with excellent academic records are encouraged to apply
4. Must be able to speak and write in either Japanese or English at business level
5. Must be allowed to work in Japan
6. Other spoken and written languages are an advantage
