Annupuri Properties is a developer of high end ski villas in powder snow heaven Niseko, Hokkaido. We are hiring full and part-time Property Management staff to join our hospitality and property management team. The team is responsible for the smooth operation of our villas, maintaining excellent owner and guest relations, and overseeing property management tasks.

Property Owner / Guest Relations & Property Management

Duties:
・Providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing all requests and issues.
・Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs, and ensure their needs are met throughout their stay.
・Handle guest feedback and reviews, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
・Oversee the daily operations of villas, ensuring they are well-maintained, clean, and ready for owners and their guests.
・Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and maintenance work.
・Conduct periodic inspections of villas to ensure they meet quality standards.
・Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure villa cleanliness and presentation.

Required Skills and Experience:
・Fluent Japanese / Business level English (reading and writing).
・Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, social media.
・Valid Japan driver’s license.
・Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
・Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle guest and owner interactions professionally.
・Excellent problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet and resolve issues proactively.
