＜仕事内容＞
・メールでお客様からのお問い合わせにドイツ語 orスペイン語で回答する（テンプレート有）
・サービスに関わる事務処理
・日本の国内倉庫スタッフとオンラインツールでやり取り（日本語）

＜仕事内容＞
「日本の商品が買いたい！」という海外在住のお客様のサポートする！
・ メールでお客様からのお問い合わせ内容にドイツ語 or スペイン語で回答する（テンプレート有）
・ サービスに関わる各業務の対応（翻訳など）
・ 日本の国内倉庫スタッフとオンラインツールでのやり取り（日本語）

＜必須スキル＞
・ ドイツ語 or スペイン語 ：母語 or ネイティブレベル
・ 日本語：コミュニケーションに支障ないレベル（研修や他部署とのやり取りで日本語を使います）
・ 基礎的なPC操作スキル

＜歓迎スキル＞
・ 日本の通販サイトでお買い物をしたことがある
・ カスタマサポートの仕事をしたことがある
・ 日常会話レベルの英語ができる

＜給与＞
時給1,200円からスタート

＜勤務条件＞
週3日以上、1日4時間以上

9：00～19：00
月、火、水、木、金、土、日

We are operating "Tenso" and "Buyee", which provide services to deliver Japanese items to customers worldwide.
Safe and stable since we are one of the company on the Prime Market of Japan Exchange Group(JPX).

We provide services to purchase and ship items from shopping websites in Japan to oversea customers that want to purchase items from Japan.
Our business is growing rapidly, the number of members and shipping results are top class in Japan!


Perfect job for you if any of the following applies:
・Desired to make use of German or Spanish at work.
・Desired for an international job.

＜Responsibilities＞
We support oversea customers who 'want to purchase items from Japan'.
・Answer customers inquiries through e-mails in German or Spanish (with templates).
・Handling service-related duties (translating etc.)
・Communicate with warehouse staffs in Japan using online tools (Japanese required).

＜Requirements＞
・ German or Spanish : Mother tongue or native level
・Japanese: good communication level (Japanese will be used for training and communication with other departments)
・ Basic PC operation skills

＜Desired Skills/Qualities＞
・I have shopped at Japanese online shopping sites.
・ Have worked in customer support
・ Can speak English at a daily conversational level.


【Location & Working Hours】
Location: Kitashinagawa, Shinagawa Ward
GOTENYAMA TRUST CITY

Telework possible after training
*Must be able to work in our Kitashinagawa office.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9：00-19：00
Min 3 days a week

■You can also work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays if you can work independently
■Allowance for working on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays provided!
■You will be evaluated every 3 months, and if you accomplish your duties, you will receive a pay raise.
