This position (Cultural Facilitator) is ideally suited to a non-Japanese individual who has a strong command of English and Japanese, a sound knowledge of early childhood and is keen to build their career in a Japanese speaking work environment!

＜Job Description＞
◆ Cultural Activities ◆
◇ One Cultural Facilitator implements Angelica's original world travel based curriculum across multiple nursery schools weekly.
◇ The curriculum contains various singing, dancing, PE and craft related activities for children aged 0 through 6.
◇ In addition to the curriculum, there is the opportunity to plan and implement various activities of your own choice.

◆ Daycare related duties ◆
◇ Organize and participate in a range of fun and exciting activities such as rice cake pounding, Children's Day, Halloween and Christmas parties
◇ Accompany children and staff on walks and excursions
◇ Any specified daycare related duties
◇ Visit the farm and engage in various fun farming activities with the children (i.e. rice planting and sweet potato harvesting)

◆ Head office related duties ◆
◇ The compilation of various documents in Japanese
◇ Curriculum preparation and development
◇ Meeting scheduling and attendance

◆国際交流活動◆
◇国際交流員として単独で複の数園に訪問し、乳幼児向けの「世界旅行」をテーマとした英語カリキュラムに沿って、かわいい子ども達との様々な歌、踊り、体育、制作活動をお任せします。
◇得意分野を活かした新しい活動の企画・実行

◆日常保育◆
◇ハロウィーン会、クリスマス会、餅つき等、様々な行事を企画し参加すること
◇お昼ごはんのお手伝いやクッキング
◇散歩・遠足の引率
◇保育補助関連の業務
◇楽しい農園行事への参加

◆本部関連業務◆
◇日本語で各種資料の作成
◇教材開発及び活動の企画・準備
◇各種会議の日程設定・出席
◇独自研修プログラムへの参加
