Requirements
- English: Conversational (preferred)

- MA or PhD in Engineering, Machine Learning, Robotics, Cognitive Science, etc.
- Strong programming skills in either Python, C++ or C#.Good skills in either Mathematics and/or Statistics
- Understanding of Deep Learning theory, Artificial Intelligence, Artificial Life
- Experience with either Data analysis, ROS, 3D simulation, or GUI and Software Development
- Either willing to stay in Japan 3+ years (visa sponsorship available) or demonstrating successful experience of remote work

Description
Cross Compass, an AI startup company based in Tokyo, Japan, is currently recruiting interns, experts, researchers in Machine Learning (Deep Learning, Cognitive Systems, Dynamical Systems), Software Development (3D simulation, GUI), and Software Roboticists (Simulation and Integration) for projects in Artificial Intelligence.
Since 2015, we have been engaging in developing artificial intelligence, focusing on two main categories of services: consulting services and AGI platform. Our consulting services boast an excellent reputation among our client base. We provide customized solutions for client needs based on our abundant knowledge and implementation experience in various industries including manufacturing, robotics, medical chemistry, and security. Our Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) platform allows easy design and deployment of AI solutions. Experienced: ･400,000/month (negotiable)
Expert: ･600,000/month (negotiable)
Highly skilled: ･800,000/month (negotiable)
