New Business Coordinator Position

deVere Acuma K.K is currently hiring expatriates to fill a position based in our Tokyo, Japan office.

We are currently looking to expand our office in Tokyo and are consequently looking to recruit young, driven candidates to work for us. The role is focused on building relationships with potential and existing clients and will thus involve effective telephone communication skills.

Job Specification

Due to ongoing and increasing demand for our services, we are looking for expatriates who seek a career opportunity with our company.

You MUST have previous experience in Sales/tele-sales. You MUST be fluent in English.

The role would include:

• Lead Generation
• Business Development
• Administration
• Promoting customer services
• Experience in telephone contact with clients
• Appointment Setting


What traits and competencies should a candidate possess?

• A good track record of professional success, preferably in Sales, Business development, Real estate, Account management.
• Strong desire for performance driven compensation and growing earning potential
• Eagerness to further or build a career in financial consultancy
• Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
• Fluency in English, with good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent team member
