Required Skills for Front-End Developer:
1. Strong skills in front-end web development with JavaScript, PHP, CSS and HTML.
2. More than 3 years experience in professional web development.
3. English skills and speak one more language (Japanese is not required, but a plus).
4. Following skills are plus: Backbone.js/Underscore.js/AngularJS/Ember.js/Promises/Futures/Deferred/Karma/Jasmine/Mocha/PhantomJS and Selenium/LESS/Sass/Compass/Stylus/XPath or XSLT

Required Skills for Back-End Developer:
1. Strong skills in object-oriented web development with PHP 5.4+, MySQL 5.5+, nginx, and Amazon AMI Linux. Experience in other duck-typing languages such as Python, Ruby, Perl, etc. is a plus.
2. Extensive knowledge and experience of MVC design pattern frameworks. Laravel 5 is a plus.
3. More than 3 years experience in professional web development. Experience in scale-out is a plus.
4. Experience in distributed full-text search engine such as elasticsearch or solr is a plus.
5. English skills and speak one more language (Japanese is not required, but a plus).
