Global Sales & Marketing Managers Recruiting for selling high-end lifestyle products; luxury private villas, Golf membership
Company has an immediate need for a sales manager to join our growing young company. As Sales Manager, your primary mission will be to develop overseas market such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Japan and USA for inviting golf players, selling golf membership and high-end villas. Goal is to build overseas sales networks that is prepared and continually enabled to successfully sell all of the company's lifestyle products in order to achieve quarterly and annual sales and profit goals.

Primary Responsibilities:
<Golf Memberships Sales>
• Build strong sales networks in country of responsibility for selling membership
• Work with travel agency or associations for inviting golfers
<High-end Private Villas Sales>
• Build strong sales networks in country of responsibility for selling villas
• Work with real estate agencies or brokers for selling villas

• Assist with developing the market for client or company.
• Focus on growing existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
• Conduct meetings.
• Make sales presentations.
• Handle incoming inquiries to buy
• Book sales appointments.
• Present products to the client.
• Assess client's promotional needs.
• Evaluate demographics, prices, distribution channels, and marketing outlets.
• Develop sales strategies in tandem with marketing department.
• Meet with clients to ascertain marketing goals.
• Create questionnaires and surveys regarding products
• Offer insights about product potentials.
