Duties:
- Interact with global accounting system users and provide timely written and verbal responses to questions and issues
- Support other team members’ in resolving global users questions and issues
- Provide other related support as requested
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Attend team meetings

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Some Japanese language skills are desired
- Accounting knowledge
- Strong MS Office skills
- Oracle knowledge is helpful but not required
- Strong teamwork capability and skills
