Description

Flexible start date (as early as October).
Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a network of native English teachers.
Teach children at kindergartens and special events.

- Based in Shinjuku, starting ASAP (flexible start date)
- Work hours are Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00.
- National holidays observed plus a generous holiday package (110/year).
- Enrollment in the social and employment insurance programs.
- Visa sponsorship is available.
- Extensive training will be provided for the successful applicant.
- Duties include teaching in all of our programs
- Personnel duties are listed below:

Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, performance appraisals).

Create optimum work schedules for employees, based on the needs of our customers.

Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary staff training, and development of theory and methods to provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization.
