Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) govern the handling of Job-posting Credits (hereinafter referred to as the “Credits”) issued by GPlusMedia Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). Customers shall use the Credits only after fully understanding and agreeing to the terms set forth herein.
Article 2 (Eligible Services)
- The Credits may be used to purchase services provided through the job advertisement platform “GaijinPot Jobs”, operated by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”).
- Only corporate entities shall be eligible to purchase the Credits and utilize the Services.
Article 3 (Issuance of Credits)
- The Credits shall be issued to customers upon application through the method prescribed by the Company, by way of allocation to the customer’s account.
- Customers shall be required to purchase Credits in accordance with the procedures set forth in the following Article.
Article 4 (Purchase of Credits)
- The Credits may be purchased by cash or credit card. However, customers with outstanding payments for the Services shall not be permitted to purchase Credits.
- Each Credit shall have a monetary value equivalent to 1 Japanese Yen.
- Credits may be purchased in units of 1 Japanese Yen.
- The maximum cumulative number of Credits that a customer may hold shall be 20,000,000 Credits.
- Credits may not be transferred, assigned, pledged, or otherwise disposed of by the customer.
Article 5 (Use of Credits)
- Customers may use Credits may be used to pay for Services by specifying the number of Credits to be used on the service purchase application screen.
- Upon the submission of Credits by a customer, the Company shall deem the Service fee to have been paid to the extent of the Credit balance by deducting the applicable Credits from the fee.
- In such cases, the corresponding Service fee and remaining Credit balance shall be displayed on the customer’s account page. The customer shall confirm that no discrepancies exist.
- In the event the submitted Credits are insufficient to cover the Service fee in full, the customer shall be required to either purchase additional Credits or pay the deficiency in cash or by credit card.
Article 6 (Confirmation of Credit Balance)
The balance of Credits held by a customer shall be displayed on the customer’s account page.
Article 7 (Refunds of Credits)
- Customers may request a refund for unused Credits within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the payment of a handling fee equivalent to 30% of the amount to be refunded. Refunds shall be processed by bank transfer to an account designated by the customer, with all related fees borne by the customer.
- Except as provided in the preceding paragraph, Credits shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the theft, forgery, or unauthorized use of Credits by a third party.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Credits)

The Company may refuse the use of Credits and require their return under any of the following circumstances.
- Where Credits have been obtained through fraudulent means, or are used with knowledge of such.
- Where Credits have been stolen, forged, or altered.
- Where the customer is in breach of these Regulations.
- Where the customer has defaulted on payment obligations related to the Services.
- Where the Company otherwise deems the use of Credits to be inappropriate.
- The Company may temporarily withhold Credits in order to investigate whether any of the above circumstances apply.
Article 9 (Validity Period of Credits)
Credits shall expire and become invalid if not used within one (1) year from the day following the date of the last Credit purchase. No refunds shall be issued regardless of the remaining balance. The determination of whether Credits have been used within the prescribed period shall be based solely on data held by the Company. Customers shall not receive notification regarding the expiration of Credits. Customers are therefore advised to regularly use their Credits to avoid expiration.
Article 10 (Suspension or Discontinuation of Credit Transactions)
The Company reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the handling of Credits without prior notice in the event of system maintenance, communication failures, computer malfunctions, or other events requiring such suspension or discontinuation.
Article 11 (Amendments and Termination of these Regulations)

These Regulations, including but not limited to the terms of Credit issuance and use, may be amended or terminated at the Company’s discretion. Such changes may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of Credit usage. In the event of amendment or termination, the Company shall notify customers of the revised terms, the nature of the changes, and the effective date, by means of notices posted at designated Credit handling locations.
Article 12 (Jurisdiction)
Any disputes arising in connection with these Regulations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
